Charlotte Mecklenburg implemented electronic reporting on our own system in 2004. This has simplified the process and has made accessing the information easier. 

PAPER REPORTS SENT TO CHARLOTTE / MECKLENBURG  NO LONGER MEET LOCAL REPORTING REQUIREMENTS.

By reporting electronically through our online site (accessed by clicking the link on the left ) you meet all County, local jurisdiction, and fire station reporting requirements.  There is no longer a need to send paper reports to anyone in the county.
 

 
  Important Note, North Carolina has specific instructions for reporting at the state level. The links at the right will take you to the state site for their information..
   

Filing online by using the state site does NOT meet local reporting requirements.
